Tailored to enhance learners’ or managers’ capacity to implement fundamental Strategic Management and Leadership models within their organization’s strategic framework.
The Programme offers learners 120 credits out of the 180 credits needed to complete an MBA. This qualification is suitable for bachelor’s degree holders and mature learners with relevant work experience (non-university graduates). Upon receiving your Level 7 Diploma, you can apply for an MBA top-up course, either online or on-campus, at various UK and international universities. The top-up component typically comprises the final 60 credits, either through a dissertation or a combination of a dissertation and one module.
Successful completion of the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership qualification will provide learners with the essential skills and capabilities to excel as effective strategic managers. Additionally, this qualification enables learners to advance within employment or pursue further studies towards an MBA top-up degree with advanced standing at many universities in the UK and overseas.

Entry Requirements
For entry onto the Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership qualification, learners must possess:
- A bachelor degree in related subject or UK level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification.
- Mature learners (aged 24-55) with work experience (learners may contact Phoenix Graduate School regarding past work experience prior to registering for the programme).
- Learners must be 21 years or older at the beginning of the course.
