Be part of this growth phenomenon!
The Level 7 Human Resource Management course is a 120-credit program designed to cater to the needs of senior/middle managers in effectively managing their businesses and facilitating their advancement to higher levels within their organization. It is structured to enhance learners’ understanding and skills in human resource management, enabling them to become proficient leaders in this field.
Managers must possess the ability to identify issues, analyse potential outcomes and consequences, and make informed decisions. This course comprises six modules and offers learners the opportunity to progress to the final year of a postgraduate degree.
Successful completion of the Level 7 Diploma in Business Strategic Management qualification will provide learners with the essential skills and capabilities to excel as effective HR managers.
