Entry Requirements
For entry onto the Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management qualification, learners must possess:
- A bachelor degree in related subject or UK level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification.
- Mature learners (aged 24-55) with work experience (learners may contact Phoenix Graduate School regarding past work experience prior to registering for the programme).
- Learner must be 21 years or older at the beginning of the course.
