The Programme offers learners 120 credits out of the 180 credits required to complete an MSc. This qualification is suitable for bachelor’s degree holders in related subjects and mature learners with relevant work experience (non-University graduates). Upon receiving your Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma, you are eligible to apply for an MSc top-up course, either online or on-campus, at various UK and international universities. The top-up component typically comprises the final 60 credits, either through a dissertation or a combination of a dissertation and one module
The Postgraduate Diploma in Health and Social Care enables learners to advance within employment or pursue further studies towards an MSc Health and Social Care Management Top-Up degree. This can be achieved with advanced standing Universities in the UK and overseas.

Entry Requirements
For entry onto the Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma in Health and Social Care qualification, learners must possess:
- A bachelor degree in related subject or UK level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification.
- Mature learners (aged 24-55) with work experience (learners may contact Phoenix Graduate School regarding past work experience prior to registering for the programme).
- Learner must be 21 years or older at the beginning of the course.
